Ing. Radka Burdychová, Ph.D.

As director, managing director of training company NutriAcademy, s.r.o Organizes training courses and retraining courses of which is expert guarantor.

Radka Burdychová graduated from Chemical Faculty of the Technical University in Brno, majoring in food chemistry. She had successfully defended her Ph.D at the same faculty in 2004. Since 2001, Radka Burdychová professionally acted as head of the chemical and molecular biological section of accredited veterinary laboratories in Nachod, where she worked as metrolog, and then the Quality Manager. Radka Burdychová also acted in BioVendor, s.r.o, participated in the development of detection kits for veterinary and human medicine and in GENEX, s.r.o company, with which she still closely works. Radka Burdychová passed in 2004 the 1-year study trip to Denmark, Department of Biotechnology Technical University of Denmark in Lyngby, where she worked on the development of detection kits for human medicine. In 2005 she launched her professional activities at the Institute of Food Technology Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno, where she was devoted to creating biogenic amines in food, lately she worked on problematic of detection and application of probiotics in food and food supplements. She is the author of numerous publications in this field, many of them are published in prestigious scientific database, Web of Science.
In 2009 she participated in the monthly work stay in Slovenia University of Ljubljana, where she worked on the issue of detection of probiotics in food and food supplements. In her teaching practice she was devoted to the introduction of two courses profiled emerging field of Quality and food health safety (microbiological analysis of food and special food hygiene). To its implementation she has won several grants and is the author of a series of study texts on the subject (microbiological analysis of food - textbook, Special Food Hygiene - e-learning study foothold).She had introduced practical part of teaching the subject Human Nutrition and is author of the new course presented Preventive nutrition and wellness, including the study text for the course entitled "Preventive Nutrition. In 2007, Radka Burdychová established training company Academy of Nutrition and Sport - NutriAcademy, s.r.o, which deals with training in nutrition, fitness and wellness. The company has highly qualified lectors, who have high professional and practical experience. In October of 2009 created the first center in Brno, Center of nutrition and health – Nutriacademy as a support for course’s graduates to start companies and as a background for all who are not indifferent to their health. Center has been also established, among other things, to inform the general public on issues of nutrition, to help focus in this area, transferring the latest research findings to the attention of citizens and help them understand the scientific community. On this purpouse, all employees of NutriAcademy, s.r.o regularly and actively participate in scientific conferences and meetings of experts in the field of nutrition, food, chemistry, strengthening, fitness and wellness. The company vision is to establish Center of nutrition and health NutriAcademy also in Prague, Ustí nad Labem, Ostrava and Písek . .
