| Deposit | Immediately after submitting your application, you must pay a deposit of 7.000,-CZK, or full amount of course price. | ||||||||
| Time table | Celkový rozsah kurzu je 72 hodin. Výuka bude probíhat vždy od 8 - cca. 17 hodin

| What to bring to the course? | Comfortable athletic clothing and comfortable shoes. It is necessary to bring writing aids (workbook and pen) and calculators. It would be ideal to have a notebook with, or at least one in pairs. | ||||||||
| Termination |
Final written test. Each question that is in final written test is teached during the course and all answers are carefully discussed with you. If you do not write the final written test, you have 1 more correction term. For each additional you pay 500 CZK. A final seminar work for the topic that you choose and is one that you have a close relationship to. Theses topics will be discussed with you the first day of the course. Final verbal examination - follows the final written test, and after its completion (70% correctly answered questions). The verbal exam is actually a defense of your final work, answering our questions on your work. |

| Note | This course may be paid in full by the Labour office (Pracovní ůřad). To cover the course in this manner, first contact your local Labour Office, and authorized staff of the Labour office handle the payment for you. All the Labor Office in CZ have our offer available, if not, then it can be found at www.eu-dat.cz. In lecture halls have access only to the trainees, who have fully paid the participation fee - the participation of family members and pets are excluded. . | Certification | Successful graduates of the course receive a certificate Advisor for Nutrition, which has unlimited nationwide force. This certificate shall be furnished in the Slovak Republic. Based on the graduate certificate may apply for a business license for this activity or work as an employee - Consultant in various fitness and wellness centers, health food stores, spa facilities, sale of nutritional supplements, etc. |
